Browser with a recent Flash Player should be all. If you have 9 or 10 you're fine, not sure what the min requirement is - I assume it'd work with FP 8 as well. If one'd be to share content, i.e. screen sharing you'd need the Connect Presenter plugin but that's a download that will be triggered
