I understand that, however I thought maybe CFBuilder is a derivation of
Aptana - if so we might not be able to do anything about this issue until
Adobe releases a patch.
I might try subversive instead of subclipse and see how that goes.

Yes, coldfusion builder is based on aptana. I believe it's version 1.5.
