Please let me know your interest regarding the below requirement. *Note: Looking for locals who can attend F2F after telephonic.* *Title: Sr IBM Business Process Manager Developer * *Position Type: Contract* *Location: Melville, NY* *Job Description: * *Roles: * · Analyze and digest the business and IT requirements for new software functions and is responsible for shepherding the team through the project. · Creates and implements process flows, services, business logic, and user interfaces for human workflow tasks within the BPM product. · Organizes the integration of business processes and business rules as well as other Back End systems and databases. · Effectively use the available tools for integration of services; coordinate development of new services. · Defines expected behaviors of service in terms of performance, service levels, and so on. Implements KPIs, SLAs, and dashboards within the BPM product. · Participates in development, coding, testing, installation and support of new or enhance Lombardi BPM workflow processes. · Work with architect and project team to create or update technical specifications · Establish the BPMS solution as an efficient and reliable product within the overall Information Technology Environment. · Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot and implement enhancements to existing workflow processes or interfaces. · Maintain good source control, ensure that development efforts are consistent with enterprise standards and best practices. *Preferred Skills: * · Hands on experience with building java web services and integrating web services IBM BPM V8.5+ · Hands on experience with IBM BPM v8.5+ Authoring Environment including BPDs, TeamWorks Services, Coaches, Integration Components & Connectors · Hands on experience with simulation & process optimization using IBM BPM 8.5+. · Must be familiar and comfortable in the domains of process modelling (BPMN), Integration Designer, process monitoring, business rules and · business event based technologies and be able to lead teams in developing end to end BPM solutions · Must be having sound working knowledge of BPEL micro flows. · Working experience with J2EE, Java, XML, XSLT, HTML, JavaScript, SQL · Skills in SOA and web services · Strong knowledge of operating systems, databases, and application layer technologies to support troubleshooting and identifying issues · Experience in building, testing, implementing and supporting applications.
