Hello all,
A friend is looking for a recommendation for someone who refinishes hardwood
floors. Unfortunately, the person who refinished my floors didn't really do a
job that I felt was worthy of recommending. Any suggestions from the Charles
Village Chat group?

We used Lady Baltimore for two floors of our stairs and 3 full rooms on our
third floor, and we were very happy with the results. They're fully licensed,
were prompt and tidy, and were entirely upfront about what they could and could
not do.
