Consumer Reports rates T-Mobile as second to Verizon in DC. Their
ratings don't include Baltimore.
MetroPCS has revised their advertising to say that they run on the
T-Mobile network, which makes the service more interesting to me!

My cat Boots took off from my backyard on 7/22 and hasn't come back so far. He
is black with white feet and a white chest and stomach. He's very friendly and
