Guys,
It makes me wonder why he started the contest anyway. Why did he want
pictures and phone numbers, addresses etc? What's his next scam? I hate a
thief!

That is not good news. I saw what you ran into a couple of weeks ago and
really felt for you. I sent him no money, just a broken clock. I told the
owner what might have happened and he just said he would hunt for another.
What is wrong with people? How can a man be that dishonest and still look at
Mike,
I hate to be the one to tell you but you're probably screwed. I've been
after my 69 tach for over a week now. I have talked to the Chief of police,
the landlord, and I even got James on his cell phone, Friday. I caught him
lying to me three times in a 15 minute conversation. The building own

My dad
has had a set of 461X castings (double-hump) in his garage for as long as I can
remember (I'm 30). I understand these are 60s vintage hi-po
heads. (fuelie?) They have a lot of rust all over them and would need to
be totally rebuilt. However, the castings are there.
That is a lesson that most of us learn at some point. The tires need to be
supporting the frame when any body adjustments are made. Generally when all
the body mount bushings and bolts are in place alignment is gonna be real
close, but they all have to be in and seated before any one of them is

Where are

Skylark I' m restoring for a customer two weeks ago and talked to him the

guess I better call him and see what is the deal.

I did not sweat it when I put my 71 back together. The front end is bolted
to the radiator support basically, and that has the same large holes and
lots of slack to work with.
Here was a snag: my car was sitting on jack stands, stands placed behind
the front wheels where the frame widens. Full

I am placing the body back on the frame and wondered how accurate I need

body is shifted back about 1/4" from being perfectly over the holes. I

Wow, they sure seemed to come and go quickly. I know it's rough out there,
especially for the smaller businesses, but that seemed awfully fast. I hope
everybody who sent in parts for repair at least got them back.

I started taking things apart last night in order to

LMAO! Darn those pesky rodents. I would rip the motor apart myself and check out the cylinder walls, service as needed, invest in some new rings and gaskets at the very least. Heck you get that far and you might as well just do a mild rebuild IMO. I have never seen people with much luck getting a m
