I didn't say I didn't respect his talents; I do. Wish I could do 10% of the
stuff he does. But when I go to Sam's Club and see a tool box I wouldn't
have in my garage with his name on it, it makes you think. Then, when he
destroyed that El Camino, I was upset enough to stop watching his show. But,
Doubt it. AFAIK there are no production numbers of
particular colors of models for any year.

I have a 67 SS. I am considering converting the front to disc
brakes. Any recomendations? Is a dit the way to go? If so, whose
kit is best?
Thanks
Mark
I used a kit from Master Power
Brakes...
Got a great deal, and installation was so easy that
my wife could have done it..
All I needed extra that wasn't in the kit was a
tube flarer for the brake lines I had to redo..
And the change in the braking was
tremendous!
Good luck!!

I know I am a few days behind on this post, can I blame it on being
busy? Any way I was wondering why you prefer PPG over Dupont. I have sprayed
barrels of Dupont but never have used PPG. I guess I have always went with
Dupont because I have a charge account at the Dupont dealer. Maybe I
Thanks Dan
Is master power brakes the co you bought from? Do you have a phone

Has anyone heard of the 11 or 12 inch clutch on a 10.4 flywheel offered by Mcleod?
I thought I read something about it some time ago but cant remember where.
Can anyone point me in the correct direction or know anything about this?
Dan, did you go all the way around or just

Thanks for the info Dale. I noticed the one from Master Power brakes
listed for muscle cars requires 16 wheels. Will 16 wheels cause
clearance problems with the car at standard height?

Rich, a man 's got to do what a man 's got to do. He may need the money to keep his business afloat and his maybe soon to be ex off his back. Have to walk in his shoes before I understand . He may not like to do what he's doing either, but it helps pay the bills
If you are running 15 or larger wheels, the new Baer Super Street 11 disc
brake kit is a very nice set-up.

I really like PPG's basecoat/clearcoat process and they really support the
automotive hobby.
Another reason is I work for PPG Industries in the Glass division.

I've used both, and felt that the DuPont product
flowed better, and was more user friendly than the PPG.

The conversions that fix the suspension geometry are the way to go.
You can really improve the handling as well as braking. I did the swap
without a kit since there was no such thing back then. I got the
f-body parts from the junkyard and some other stuff from HO Racing.

noticed this on their cars? Only on the driver's side.

IMO SW paints are the best. Of course I am employed by them and am a
stockholder so I may be a bit biased. I know that they try to cover all the
possible problems before they become problems and formulate around them.
