I have an aversion to spraying any flammable
liquid on or around a hot running engine..
My twist on this method.. is to use a held propane
torch ,that I glued a rubber hose on to the nozzle then a hard plastic tube in
the end..
You start your engine and open the valve on the

Not all California cars are rust free. My whole trunk area had to be replaced in my 65. The rest of the car looks good though. The car sat for 15 years so I will assume someone crammed it full of junk and shut the trunk.

coolant is being pushed out the intake into the upper rad hose, it make
senses that the coolant would go the same direction into the upper heater
