Yes Clint, I hear ya. Although I wouldn't wish that on anyone, Jessy has lost a fan. (never was a big fan ) Bob 71 Elky
I was sort of a Jesse James fan until they cut up
that car and he flamed those trying to preserve them.
Wouldn't piss on him now if he were on
fire.

I too, hate to see an ElCamino destroyed. Especially one of the models better years.
I don't have cable TV so I was
stuck in a motel last night on business and caught the Monster Garage episode on
the figure 8 track elCamino. Cool but what a waste. I used to
destroy Chevelle's on the asphalt circle track myself, but that was back when
they were everywhere still on the road

Whose nitrous system was it?

Anyone catch the episode that aired today between 6:00 and
6:30 on the west coast? They put a nitro system into an LS1 camaro. I am
looking for that exact same system but they don’t have it listed on the
website. I am already at 370 hp at the rear but I wouldn’t mind having
that extra 10
I know that at least a couple of guys on this list own Monte Carlos. You

I am not affiliated with this event in any way. I just thought I'd pass
along the info.

Have you considered just putting what you want in the
car? Let the people who give you crap know if they
want to help finance the project than they can have
input. Unless the car is all original I guess it
really doesn't matter what powers it, what ever makes
you happy.

Thanks for the info. I'm going for the 'sleeper' look as much as possible. I have the
502HO/450hp engine going in my car, and I'm dressing it as if it were a 396. No
emblems, flash, etc... The regulator will be hidden on the frame, so knowing that
your 502 is being fed by one side puts my mi
Randy, something to think about- a 455 with an aluminum intake weighs about
the same as a 350 with a cast iron intake, if you're worried about power to

Charles,
It is your choice. Depends on the "look" that you want. On my 502 I
have one side plugged, the other feeds the engine at 7 psi.
By the way, nice choice on the regulator. :)
