No I agreeIm not that hard headed Clint(GRIN). I assume you
can still use the existing ducts. Most of the systems look like you can get rid
of the big bulge in the firewall that encloses some of the coils? Thats
worth something!
I really wanted to use the tall Aluminum Tig Welded Valve
Hi,
Well, finally got some time to work on this again. I hooked up the three
wires coming from the main-section of the tach, but no go. With black going
to ground, either with the blue going to 12v and/or yellow going to coil, I
am getting no activity from it.
Someone before asked to know what

Graham, try putting this on Team Chevelle in the electrical forum. There
are guys there who are wizards when it comes to gauges. Or, if you don't
want to do that, I'll do it for you.

The average damper is shot after about 15K miles,if that. The high-end stuff
will last over 100K before needing rebuilding. The cheaper stuff is
non-rebuildable. The high-end stuff can be taken apart and revalved for
different compression rebound dampening rates or have external adjustment

Can some one tell me if i am redoing me engine can i turn the odometer back
to 00 or just leave it where it is candy
Assuming that you are refering to a chevelle, there is no reason that
you can't turn it back. Or replace the odometer portion with a new
one.Pretty sure that the mileage disclosure on vehicle sales only
applies to newer vehicles.
As a 14 Y/O I turned the ODO on a 49 Willys Jeepster forward
Ibelieve federal laws state that odometer fixing is against the
law.
Once a vehicle reaches the 10 year old
mark,odometer readings aren't counted anymore. Therefore,it isn't illegal to
change the numbers.

Clint,
You talk about the Bilsteins, but then give the impression Konis and
QA1's are slightly better. If I was you...and I wanted a better ride for my
72 Chevelle...Which would you choose? Second what do you gain with Coil
overs, other than space?
Do you have any brand of spring you prefer?
For those into video games, Gran Turismo 4 was released for
the Playstation 2. (after much delay) The main reason Im
mentioning it here is because one of the cars available in the game is a

I was just wondering if any of you guys had any
good ideas on how to move around the body after pulling the frame. I need
to transport it to another town and am not sure how i want to go about getting
it on/off the trailer. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Ryan
Does anyone have some semi-accurate information regarding
the mechanical and/or vacuum advance curves that are typical in a stock points
or HEI distributor? (or typical performance settings in a
re-curved setup?) Im trying to come up with a baseline for my EFI
conversion. If this darn
