That's right HEI is the way to go. Had in my 66 for two years and better

chevelle is an upgrade to HEI ignition. Anything GM around mid-1974 on was
fitted with a HEI distributor. They are very easy to find, install and wire. You
can expect easier starting, better economy, stronger high RPM performance, yada

I have the Master Power Brakes rear drum set on my '71 Malibu. They came
with ceramic shoes and I love them and have had no problems for several
years now.

My brother is a auto mechanic, and
he swears by them. No dust being one of the reasons. Ive also heard they dont
heat up as much, so the discs dont warp as much. But Ive heard from another guy,
that they eat away at the discs because they are a harder compound. Dont know if
that's true, just
