This was an interesting experience for me. I had not previously dyno’d
anything, ever. I was not able to make any adjustments on the spot as I had
wanted due to a clearance issue, but I did get one good pull to use as a
baseline. The first 3 pulls were done back to back, and afterward we were

At least they didn't ask to get off of the list! :-P

Ryan,
You'll be fine as long as you have the flange(yolk) and the proper
attachments for that particular flange (in your case U-bolts) That is as
long as you got the right one to match you driveshaft/U-joints (i.e. 1310
vs1350)

Ryan,
Don't worry about whether the yoke has straps or U-bolts. Just make sure
your U-joint fits in the yoke properly. When you get around to installing
your driveshaft, make sure not to over tighten the U-bolts! Over tightening
can distort the cap which could lead to premature U-joint fail
Good Luck Devin,
I am guessing 365 RWHP @ 6300
Good Luck

John, When I ordered the aluminum driveshaft in my Tempest from Dennys, I
asked him about what type of mounts I should use. I was thinking maybe he
would suggest one of the machined HP caps I had seen. He said new u-bolts.
I doubt there is much difference in strength between u-bolts and straps.
I'll say 421 HP at the rear wheels.

I purchased some of Dave's trunk carpets. These are excellent pieces and
well worth the money spent. They do finish off any trunk. The carpet is
of very high quality, I would buy again if anything ever happened to the
carpets I now have from him. Again, they are well worth the money.
