Thanx for the tip. I've tried everything, including sliding a piece
of 5/8" heater hose up the cable to push on the tab. That didn't work
for me.

Looking under the gauges from the center of the car.
Grab hold of the cable back by the firewall with your
right hand.

Hey guys, The speedo in my chevelle quit all of a
