who is to say the car is still in existence? Good chance if the build sheet is out of the car, the car isn't in one piece.

Seems like from the story that they give that a bigger effort could have been
made to return it to the owner, maybe put it in one of those clear sheet
protectors and safety pin it to the seat bottom - or the like (while the seat
was in being redone)- --I don't believe a word of it!
