Good luck with them gauges,,,working on anything on or under the dash can be a PITA.
I think I saw that chevelle at the chevallabration...looked alot like mine ( 'cept mine is all over the place on a frame off)

They way I understand it, There is an SS dash with round gauges and then
there is the non SS dash with the sweep style speedo. The SS dash can have
gauges or can have idiot lights depending on options ordered.

from what I understand, some LS6 cars came with gauges, some came with the idiot light setup. I think more came with gauges than without. There was an original unrestored LS6 at Chevellabration '02 that had the same setup as yours so they are out there. I actually just picked up a complete

I have seen a reference to LS6 gauges elsewhere before...I have a documented LS6 with just idiot lights, no gauges. this must be a gauge option?
