Dale, Just checked my engine. It measures 2" at the waterpump outlet. This is an aluminum GM "short" pump that is included with the ZZ502/502 kit. Also, the reproduction radiator hoses that I plan to install have the 2" id at the waterpump and 1 3/4" at the lower radiator. Do not have any

This may sound like a silly question, but what is the standard hose size (I.D.) for a BBC water pump? A rep from Cool Flex said that every big block (not just Chevy) the he's seen has a 2" I.D. hose outlet. On their site, when ordering a lower hose kit and checking the Big Block box, they come b
