Well, I finally did it... I put a high torque mini starter on my car!  Man,
what a difference!  I think Raj was the last person to rave about this
upgrade... Thanks Raj! :)

I'd highly recommend this to anyone, especially if you're having hot start
problems.  I did the ford solenoid thing and new ultima battery, but I was
still having problems with starting after I'd run across town, go in a
store, come out and try to start the car.  Not anymore!  I went 50 miles
across town yesterday in 112 deg. heat, shut the car off, went back and
started it 10 min. later without a hint of trouble starting.

I got the starter from Jegs.  It's a CVR 1.9-HP Nippondenso motor with a
4.44:1 gear ratio.  It draws 80-90 amps and weighs 10 lb.  And the best
part, it's the cheapest one I could find at $146.99  Part #:  171-5323  (I
know someone will ask if I don't include the part # :) )
