Got my Hotchis springs by UPS today. 64/66 and am puting them on a 65 elcamino. I call them to dubble check the instlation of front. tight flat on top i was told. I was also told that the springs i ordered are for SB iron head and because i am installing on a El-Camino. with the extra weight over the rear. I my want to CUT 1/8 ir 1/4 of a turn off the spring. I have cut new spring on now and went with the after market springs because of the varibile spring rate. were the cut spring sat nice , But are way to mushy , and bottomed out to easily.
