big difference between a full quarter skin and a full quarter panel. However,
they are both referred to as full. When you said full, you were referring to
skins. The skins do not go up to the trunk lid.

back,, so you just drill out the spot welds on the old panel and then

The quarter panels that I redid on the 69 chevelle where into the door jamb,
back to tail light and down around the rocker.
The ones I did on the 66 chevelle where the flat panel type.

If I may offer some advice here from my experiences with aftermarket 69 skins like the ones you are describing. If they are anything like the ones I used, the bottom of the skin will extend down and cover the rocker panel. That in itself causes a problem. We had to cut off that extensions
