hey bob before you tear the heads down, I would drain the coolant and drain the oil, with the oil plug in fill crank case with diesel fuel run a half a min drain, and repeat, clean all the crap out of the engine, then drain, and pull the heads, check your head gasket you will see signs there

Hi all, I have a family member who owns an 1983 Caprice (305 V8) that began using coolant. I couldn’t find any external leaks, then checked the oil, it was milky in appearance and the level  was over full indicating coolant getting into the oil and pan. Now what? I don’t know if it’s a head g
