Like already said, the musty smell permeates everything - carpet, pad, seat foam, headliner - anything that is fabric. I have never tried it, but have heard many times that truckers use open cans of coffee grounds to absorb oders from trailers that carried food products. Short of replacing

Try clothes dryer sheets, about a dozen, all over the interior. Put them under the seats, on the furniture, in the glove box, etc. and close up the car for a day or two. The sheets tend to absorb the smells and leave their own in place. -- Original message -- From:

I've used 'Renuzit' adjustable air fresheners. I use the 'Super Odor Killer' or 'After the Rain'. I put in about 3 of them - depending on the size of the vehicle. I open them up all the way to expose the gell like stuff. Keep the doors shut. Wait until they really shrivle up. The odors get
