I also checked Ground Up's website and the prices for the items are the
same as in the book. Yet when I called they wanted $4 bucks more for one
item and $2 bucks more for the other and wouldn't sell them for the
advertised price when ask.

I am an ACES and Team Chevelle member as well and I mentioned it. His
answer "you need to tell me that before you place your order" He did
however eventually give me my 10% discount for being a member after I
specifically ask for it. Don't know who I talked to. I'll keep in mind

Who did you talk to? I'm just going to throw this out to everyone on the
list. if you call Ground Up, make sure you talk to Ken or Nino. They will
take care of you. The people that generally answer the phone are only good
if you have part numbers and ready to order without any ques
I've had the same experience that you and Brad have had but with National
Parts Depot. Surprise price hikes, high shipping costs, poor part quality
(compared to OEM) and indifferent service. I think they are all doing SO
well they've copped an attitude.
