The mylar part is on the chrome details. It is not the vinyl. Trevor Baker at autoobsession.com & I both sell the Distinctive panels. I have not experienced any peeling from these panels. Also, the PUI panels look more "puffy" than the originals whereas the Distinctive panels have the "flatter" OEM look.
