I understand the logic of GM with the two, but the capitalized "SAME tooth

Except for the fact that the General lists the 3.70 as a 10 bolt carrying
part number 3961414 and the 3.73 as a 12 bolt carrying part number 3961408
for Chevrolet.

Remember the 3.70 (as well as 3.36 and 3.08) only came in 10 bolt for
327/275hp and less while the 3.73's were 12 bolt for 327/325 and 396
engines.
