doesn't issue a title for a car prior to '72 anyway.

I bought my 71 in Georgia. The owner had a title that listed the previous
owner which he never transferred. He registered the car in Georgia with a
bill of sale.
I was worried about how to go about getting a title so I checked with
Florida.
What I had to do was provide a bill of sale and have th
s no title.
