Tubing bender definitely. I would recommend the spring tip - which will
allow you to slide it over the end of the tubing and make compound curves

You may have to gently bend the fuel/brake lines to get them to fit. I
believe most of the larger line manufactures send them to you rolled up.
GENTLE BENDS are the key words.
