If I am following you correctly this time :) it should be right in front of
the battery.  You will need to remove the battery, and look from inside
toward the front of the car.  That's where mine was, when I was tracking
down that electrical issue I had.  It's kinda hidden, but mounted to the
inside of the (insert proper term for the cross metal that the headlights
mount into.)  I hope that all made sense and can be of some help to you.

I found out that the two heavy hot leads in my forward lamp harness near the
headlight pigtails on each side are for the main junction block & horn
relay. From the Assembly Manual, it looks like the junction block would be
under the battery tray, yes? Do I have to take the tray out to get to it?

I also need to see whether or not I have a horn relay.

It's into the nitty gritty stuff and I think will be streetable within the
next few weeks.
