[PATCH] Clean up some hacks and obsolete code

Hi all, As I was working on the "current-process-milliseconds" patch I noticed there was still an OBSOLETE mark in the import file for chicken.time. I started to clean up all the OBSOLETEs. These two patches are the result. Regarding patch 0001, I checked the henrietta cache on the call-cc
