Using the Intel compiler on Linux IA-64, chicken

(BTW, what I usually do is to chicken-setup and run some egg
with a lot of dependencies in an empty repository (for example
bloom-filter)).

I've done a build and a Cowan-test on (solaris-unix-gnu-sparc). All seems well.
