Sounds to me like he is having difficulty adjusting to the new

not the rule. Usually, when a chi, or any dog for that matter, is being
aggressive, it is due to 1)an abusive past, 2) a fight for necessities like food
when food is rare (ei stray, ect) or 3)sudden fear. Pretty much any dog tha

But we decided to get another when she was about 3.
Well, it changed her life completely.
She went back to the funny happy play full puppy
We now have eight

Try a little canned food or something like yogurt or cottage
cheese. Be careful not to go overboard and give him the runs.

This breed does tend to have the reputation of being a one
person dog. And more often than not, it is true. But like humans, it isn't gonna
be true for everyone. Chis do tend to prefer a small number of people. Sometimes
it is just one person, and sometimes it is just two or three that th

I got a new puppy today. He is a chihuahua/ pom mix. He's scared of my other dogs and wants me to hold him all the time. I picked him up this morning about 8 and he hasn't eat or drank anything so far. The Amish people I got him from were feeding him the ole roy hamburger like stuff. I know the
My Chiclet had occasional constipation because of the
prescription food she eats. I started giving her a spoonful of plain
canned pumpkin every night (not pumpkin pie filling, just the plain pumpkin)
with about half the contents of an acidophilus capsule sprinkled over it.
That took care
My suspicion is that your chi was probably taken from his mother/littermates
too soon. The last few weeks of their 12-14 weeks with mommy and
littermates is where they learn confidence and socialization. Because
chihuahuas need to spend more time in the litter than some other breeds,

Well how old is he ? nI mean I have two chis and got them
when they were 4 months old each. They socialize with everyone sometimes I have
to put them on leash when we walk cause they just want to play with the
neighborhood kids. He might just need more time to
socialize

I don't know if this is gonna help you at all but, before I used to
think the same thing. I have always been owned by cats I had never
been owned by a dog. I certainly never imagined I would have a chi as
part of my family, mainly due to all the bad rep they have. But when I
saw Roxy I fel
