I wanted to point out, since some of you may not know, that the 11 months and 29 days is the max this judge could have given!! He went all they way!! the law defines a misdemeanor as a crime punishable by less than 1 year in jail. 11 months and 29 days is exactly one day short of the 1 year!! So he did the max!! Now what we need to work on is making animal abuse a FELONY so judges like this can send these people away for more than a year!!   God Bless Judge Glenn!
