I know people are educated out here but still buy from the local
shop. They always say they know they are puppy mill dogs, but feel
sorry for them.

puppymill's out of business is to educate the public about where NOT
to buy puppies. If puppy mills don't have buyers, they'll go out of
business. They're looking for a quick buck - don't let them get it.

No, I live in Illinois but hate puppy mills! I did live in
Minneapolis yrs ago when I went to school and I loved it there.
I do not understand why the state/local government would even consider
a puppy mill.
