Export to CSV is a way to get data out of CHIRP if you want to edit it

Exporting a CVS file from CHIRP? Why is that preventing you from programming
the radio? Can you read and write to the radio? What do you have in chirp that
you are trying to export?
I wonder if you are trying to read in (import) a CVS file into chirp and it is
failing.
