New issue 10660 by suteanfx: Tabs not respones when open multi-tab and wait
for some tab.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open multi tab(Found on gmail, google maps, facebook, 4 others tab)
2. click a link on facebook
3. mouse icon change to hand-pointer and favicon not rotate
4. click on another tab and it not response anything.
What is the expected result?
other tab can use correctly.
