It seems to be both a Webex and a Chrome combined issue (I don't know who
to blame).
Webex has a client version difference. Webex WBS27 reported worked with
Chrome

There were reports that 3.0.195.17 works. However, today I tried 3.0.195.21
(production
3.0 release) it does not work again.
