I'm having this problem on Vista 32 using Chrome 3.0.195.
Seems to occur often when browsing Facebook.
Doesn't seem to be linked with standby

I get this dialog as well many times when resuming from hibernate in
Windows Vista 64
Business (and Gmail offline enabled as well)
