New issue 15731 by huas.su: popup menu "Open link in new tab" isn't
clickable
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=15731

Chrome Version : 2.0.172.33 (Official), 3.0.182.2 (Dev)
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 4: OK
   Firefox 3.x: OK
          IE 7: OK
          IE 8: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. single right-click any links on any pages
2. quickly and slightly move mouse right and down, to make the mouse in the
place where the first popup menu item will be.
3. single click on the menu item.

What is the expected result?

The first item of the popup menu on links is "Open link in new tab". A
single click should cause a new tab created.

What happens instead?

Nothing happens unless I try again. Sometimes I need to click more than
tree times to open the link in a new tab.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

I used to opening links in new tabs, so every time I want to open a link, I
will right-click the link and then click the menu item "Open link in new
tab". It's very easy to reproduce this bug if you have the same habit.
