New issue 16680 by richalex2010: Download bar fills up, making it
impossible to close
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=16680

Chrome Version : 3.0.192
URLs (if applicable) : N/A
OS version : 10.5.7
Behavior in Safari 3.x/4.x (if applicable): N/A
Behavior in Firefox 3.x (if applicable): N/A
Behavior in Chrome for Windows: Unknown, but this problem does not occur

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download a number of files, such that the bar at the bottom fills up

What is the expected result?
Bar should have some way of clearing downloads, and should not fill up (or
if
it does, it should not obscure anything used in normal use of the download
system)

What happens instead?
Bar fills up such that the button to close it, and the link to all
downloads are
obscured, and is impossible to close normally (see attachment). It can be
solved by dragging the window off the screen and widening it, but this is
far
less than ideal.
