I looked at some of these crash reports again. I noticed that the ones we
have crash
reports for are all 32-bit ubuntu hardy users. 64 bit users

Thanks willchan, I followed sharpeee's method to get his browser back
working, and as
of r22729 all is well and I can visit any HTTPS site!

Thanks for that link evan! I tried to delete the ~/.pki/nssdb directory and
run the
newest build (22245) of Chromium, and guess what, https sites works now!

I just did some digging.
I have tried to install the -dbg package mentioned, but I can't run it. I
get an
error message saying that I can't run binary file?

In Ubuntu, there's a -dbg package to get a proper backtrace for the crash
but i have
no idea for Arch or Mint.
IIRC, Arch just repacks the Ubuntu debs,
