I miss this functionality too. Doesn't work with OneNote 2010 (Technical  
Preview)
either (obviously). I don't know too much about programming, but I guess  
there must be
a Windows API for "broadcasting" the fact that a window is a Web browser  
window, and
"broadcasting" the URL of the opened webpage within this window -- and I'm  
guessing
OneNote might use this for including the URL under the screen clipping.
