I had some experiments for this issue.
* EnumProcess() - the curernt implementation
As you know, EnumProcess() returns only 32bit

another approach is to use WMI to retrieve most of the required information
and use
WQL to query for only the processes relevant to Chrome.

There is no documented way to enumerate 64-bit processes from 32-bit
execution
environment in which Chromium runs.

Yup, I can repro this issue in both 64-bit XP and Vista. Please note, as
mentioned
in the original bug report, one has to install IE7.x_
