Issue 1939: Single Sign-On asks for password, different from IE

Other browsers tested: IE
   Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 3: FAIL
     Firefox 3: FAIL
          IE 7: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get the current user's password/domain id from Windows for Windows
integrated authentication
2. Avoid displaying the login screen
3. Display the login screen only if credentials are invalid

What is the expected result?
Smoother access of Windows authentication enabled sites

What happens instead?
Needs to enter credentials all the time

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
