There might more low hanging fruit in fts2 but this seems to fix that
particular
crasher.

Based on the integrity_check output, my suspicion is that the database is a
mix of
pages which are individually not corrupt, but which are corrupt when taken
together.

With Scott we sat down and looked a this for a while. The history db is
corrupted and
the FTS2 code does not cope well with it on release.
