CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit): 64-bit
window manager : gnome default
URLs (if applicable) : Almost any URL which requires Korean fonts from
Microsoft
Behavior in Firefox 3.x (if applicable):
Behavior in Chrome for Windows (optional):

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Install Korean Microsoft fonts from Windows XP into local account  
(~/.fonts/)
2.  Set default Chrome fonts to those fonts (serif : batang, sans serif :  
gulim)
3.  Load any site, and bold text looks horribly blur.

What is the expected result?
Bold text looks like a bold text.

What happens instead?
Bold text gets horribly blurred.

and backtrace if possible.
