Chrome Version : 4.0.213.1 (Official Build 27053) URLs (if applicable) : Other browsers tested: Firefox 3.5: OK What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Open a page with an embedded HTML5 Video 2. Start video and the pause and wait for video to fully buffer. (No more network usage) 3. Seek to any point in the video What is the expected result? Video should play instantly. It should seek the with the already downloaded video What happens instead? Video start to download again. This also leaves a noticeable delay. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. There should also be a means to tell how much of the video has been buffered.
