Navigate to a page with a Youtube video (e.g. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oHg5SJYRHA0) 2. Move the mouse cursor over the volume control icon and note that the volume control slide pops up immediately (aside: on Safari it slides up with animation) 3. Attempt to change the volume to a specific level - note that as soon as you move outside the volume control icon area, the control slider disappears, making it impossible to control. What is the expected result? Volume controlability What happens instead?
