New issue 26666 by swehren: Context Menu event fires before Mouse Down
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=26666

Chrome Version : 4.0.226.0~svn20091026r30050-0ubuntu1~ucd1~jaunty
OS + version : Ubuntu Jaunty
CPU architecture 32-bit:
window manager : Fluxbox

Behavior in Chrome for Windows (optional): The 'contextmenu' event is fired
after the 'mouseup' event.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Right Click and hold
2. Release the mouse button

What is the expected result?
The 'contextmenu' event should fire after 'mouseup'

What happens instead?
'contextmenu' is fired immediately after 'mousedown'

This problem breaks basically all of the current mouse gesture
implementations for Chrome on Linux.
