What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Network where proxy needs authentication.
2. Open more then one tab in Chrome
3. Close Chrome
4. Launch Chrome
What is the expected result?
Proxy authentication dialog displayed, then pages open.
What happens instead?
Chrome hangs, unable to enter proxy credentials.
