What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Do a Google search and click on a search result.
2. (While holding down the command key) do a three-finger swipe toward
the left on the multi-touch trackpad (to go back one history item)

What is the expected result?
The previous page should open in a new tab.

What happens instead?
The previous page loads in the current tab.
