What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start browser with extensions installed
2. Notice yellow bar on top with warning that extensions has been disabled

What is the expected result?
That I as a user get some guide-linies how to figure out wheater or not
this is
safe to do, I have no idear of what priviliges I am about to give them if I
accept ??

What happens instead?
I'm forced to disable extensions as I can't make a dission based on so few
informations

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
It writes it in danish so guess you won't understand, i'v tried to guess
how the
text would be in english.
""The latest version of the extension "Adblock+" requires more
privilliges(permissions?), so it has been disabled.
"The latest version of the extension "Youtube html5" requires more
privilliges(permissions?), so it has been disabled."
